No Rival Network(“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you contact us. If you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide — plus any extra details you add for a booking, business, or press enquiry (such as a venue, city, outlet, or company).
- Nothing about casual browsing.We don’t require an account or track you to read the site. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
- Our team’s admin access uses a GitHub sign-in and applies only to us — not to visitors.
Why we use it
Solely to read, respond to, and manage your enquiry. We do not use your contact details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Where it’s stored and who handles it
- Enquiries are stored in a private, access-controlled database — not in the public content that powers this website.
- We rely on a small number of service providers who process data only on our behalf: our website host, and our enquiry-database provider. They are bound to keep your data secure and use it only to deliver their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we reasonably need them to deal with your message and keep a sensible record, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner (see below).
How we protect it
Access to enquiries is restricted to our team and gated behind authentication, data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and personal contact details are kept out of any publicly readable system.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or complete anything that’s inaccurate;
- erase your data when it’s no longer needed;
- withdraw consent you previously gave; and
- raise a grievance about how we’ve handled your data.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
